As Head of Group Advertising Transformation your role advises, strategise and supports the solutions implementation to increase yield across platforms, territories and devices
Our client is and has been for many years a more offline market leader however they also realise to stay in that position they must transform / add to the current offerings through programmatic.

As Head of Group Advertising Transformation you (and your team that you will build) will be responsible for the setting up the following areas:
Ad / Programmatic Supply source - from identifying the right partners to the implementations in conjunction with the other departments
Optimisation of yield - devising and implementing full strategy (programmatic direct, guaranteed, etc.)
Automated Ad Sales, Native - working in partnership with the in-house studios to form, grow and develop 3 rd party relationships / suppliers
Video Ad Sales Mobile - strategizing and implementing this proposition to significantly grow this revenue stream
Data - 1 st Party and 2 nd Party Data retargeting

Strategy and implementation for direct sell advertising display solutions
Your position will work closely with the Digital CMO and have responsibility for implementing the right strategies and platforms then growing, monitoring, and optimising. A strong part of the Head of Group Advertising position will be programmatic focused therefore an analytics and insights background is an absolute must. Type of background - group Publishing house, online market place, etc. anywhere that was an early adopter of programmatic advertising .
