Role: Change Management Consultant
Job type: Contract
Contract: 6 months (+ extension)
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Start date: ASAP (within 3 weeks at the latest)
Rate: €320/day
The ideal individual will have the following experience:
- Help on defining change management strategy, including: stakeholder's analysis, risks/impacts, action plan.
- Define and implement communication plan and training plan
- Prepare documentation and improve processes for communication and internal marketing
- Coach the people who will benefit from the projects
- Manage and measure organizational impact
- Assist and support the Change Management Lead with the everyday-tasks.
