To support our growth, we are seeking a Test Manager for a contract position in Doha, Qatar. The Test Manager will be responsible for supporting both the application and infrastructure streams with testing services, including the development and execution of the separation tests.
Role responsibilities;

Development of the overall test strategy for detachment

Developing test plans for detachment activities

Supporting the planning of entry and exit criteria for testing

Managing test deviations and re-test planning

Test resource management
-
Engaging with stakeholders (internal and external)

Problem resolution and status reporting
Candidates must have the following skills and experience;

Upstream oil and gas experience

Experience of testing in complex IT projects across applications and/or infrastructure domains

Experience of applying test management best practice and testing tools
-
Leadership skills
-
10 Years IT management experience including testing
