MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant - Banking

Contract - Market Rates

Location: Saudi Arabia - Riyadh

Duration: 4/6 weeks on-site in Saudi with the possibility of extensions. In addition there is a high possibility of more contract work being made available in the UK after this initial assignment.

Ciber will also consider applications from the UK, and Saudi Arabia for the initial assignment (only).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work within the UK Microsoft practice providing custom solutions using your expertise and expert knowledge of Dynamics CRM to manage exciting solutions for our clients and using your development expertise to help deliver large and complex projects across the Microsoft Stack.
  • Document business needs, identify gaps between business needs and standard application functionality, design and document solutions that fill the gaps, and provide detailed business requirements specifications for developers.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and consider compliance in all business process analysis and redesign activities.
  • Perform application configuration, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements, customizations, and patches
  • Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training as required

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

You should have experience of the following:

  • Analysis/requirements gathering
  • Producing Functional Design Documents
  • The ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Full software development life cycle, in either Waterfall or Agile methodologies
  • Experience ideally within a consulting environment
  • Experience of Dynamics CRM through multiple project involvement utilising the following skills

Expert in:

  • Configuration of Dynamics CRM
  • Configuration of Dynamics CRM Outlook Client

Competent in:

  • Security.
  • Business analysis and best practices within the context of Dynamics CRM
  • UI customisation (supported)
  • Client Side Scripting

Knowledge of:

  • SQL Reporting Services would be a distinct advantage
  • Working with offshore teams would be an advantage
  • Integration tool such as Scribe would be beneficial
  • Configuration third party add-ons such as ADX Portals, North 52 etc
