Description
- Restock our warehouse in accordance to MRP signals in our SAP system to ensure products are on order and stocking levels are maintained.
- Track the replenishment orders processed based on the MRP signals and update critical SAP dates and supply chain partners (plants, purchasing, customer service)
for products within a specific business line/plant. - Maintain a healthy inventory by developing a site specific action plan with others and following up to ensure it is completed (i.e. slow moving, dead, obsolete and excess stock).
- Provide input for setting proper stock level settings in SAP (Raw materials and Finished Goods) for products within a specific business/plant for the region.
- Meet critical Regional (site) Inventory Performance Metrics (Inventory qty and value, turns, Days on Hand, etc.) for products within a specific business line or plant.
- Operate an inventory accuracy program for assigned sites utilizing cycle count processes.
- Resolve daily execution issue at sites including ATP (available to promise) escalations.
- Execution of sales orders and stock transport orders to meet the delivery requirements of our customers and the demands of our supply chain strategies by creating deliveries and shipments,
determine the correct batch selection for our domestic and international orders, and manage the daily control reports.
