Butler Rose is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a high profile International business based in Poole for a Finance Systems Analyst to support the roll out of a new operational system across the Group.
Working for a highly reputable and industry leading consumer led business this role will involve global travel and as such offers a great opportunity to explore sites across Europe, Asia, USA and Australia.
The role:
- To understand local finance processes and reporting requirements, to map these against the standard processes and perform a gap analysis
- To work with the project team and the local finance team to resolve any reporting or process gaps
- To support the user testing of new finance reports and processes. To capture defects and work with the project team to rectify
- To train the finance teams on new reports and processes
- To support the remote finance teams during go live and the post go live hypercare period
The successful candidate will be part or fully Qualified (or equivalent level), ideally a graduate with experience as an analyst and of cross functional projects with IT and Finance to deliver business solutions. You will have produced user test scripts and performed user acceptance testing and have identified control deficiencies and recommended and implemented solutions.
You will be a team player with first class communication and interpersonal skills combined with a patient and approachable nature. You will be a proven analyst with problem solving capabilities and advanced levels of Excel, who can be flexible to changing demands.
This role will requite travel to both UK and international sites and as such diplomacy, flexibility, self motivation and confidence essential criteria.
Candidates should be able to commit to a minimum 6 month contract and have both the energy and commitment to work as a close knit team in ensuring success in this business critical role.
