Your tasks:
- Project Manager for Operational Excellence (OE) standards, approach and framework
- Ensure consistent application across units
- Collect input and improvement ideas from teams and business lines or from external market
- Annual standards review to update/further develop standards
- Development of the OE approach and framework
- Stakeholder and project management tasks in the change process
- Coaching of internal staff and management
Your qualifications
- Experience in Operational Excellence (OE) and Transformation ideally combined with consulting competence
- Experience in building high performing international operational excellence teams
- Know-how in project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience of training and coaching others to support the development of new skills
- Experience in the energy sector would be ideal
