Description
The Role:
OBJECTIVES
1. Under the direction of the Office Manager AND Senior Administrator.
2. To liaise with staff regarding their weekly Timesheets, Mileage Forms and Expenses.
3. To help promote good relations with all external agencies and visitors, Reception duties and reporting any areas of concern to the Senior Administrator.
4. To maintain efficient finance processes.
ADMINISTRATION
1. To assist with and maintain effective filing systems.
2. To update the Day Tracker (recording employee hours) ensuring Annual Leave, Sickness and other absences are recorded in the correct manner.
3. To ensure the Vehicle file is kept up to date with current driving licences and that they all have the correct forms/AA cards in each vehicle.
4. To assist in entry on invoices and raising of invoices.
HR
1. To control and maintain the sickness records and process.
2. To support the Senior Admin in any meetings required taking minutes.
3. To compile Contract Extension Letters.
FINANCE
1. To assist in the collection of receipts from employees and tally these up with the expenses forms/Credit Card statements/Receipt Tracker.
PERSONNEL
1. To assist with the collation and validation of timesheets on a monthly basis.
2. To ensure personnel records are complete and up to date. Ensure that the information held in the files is accurate and correct.
Experience:
Contract length - May - December 2017
Salary 14K - 15K skills dependant.
Working 4.5 days a week (negotiable)
