McGregor Boyall is currently recruiting a Client Services Consultant for a large and ever expanding Banking organisation in London. The preferred candidate must have strong Client Services background, along with experience working with investigation and resolution of queries, International Payment Experience (SWIFT) and strong Banking background.
The role will involve:
- Daily supervision of the team
- Occasionally covering for the Client Services Manager
- Liaising with various business areas including Ops Risk, Audit along with Clients
Candidate Requirements
- Strong Client Services Background, knowledge and experience
- Strong Financial Services and Banking experience
- Previous experience working with investigation and resolution
- Strong customer services skills
- International Payments processing experience
- Knowledge of various SWIFT messages
