Description
Operational IT Service Owner required for a 4 month+ contract assignment located in Southern Sweden.
The Operational IT Service Owner will be responsible for all aspects of operational delivery of the assigned IT service(s) with a service dimensional focus across multiple entities in the Integration Services Organisation. This includes management of service operations, IT support, execution of life cycle management, IT Service continuity management, IT Service performance and management of supplier operational delivery.
The ideal candidate for the role of Operational IT Service Owner should have knowledge in the following:
-Assigned service(s), its roadmap and life cycle management
-End to end solution management
-Information Technology and IT service operations, specifically integrations
-Current & target IT landscape in relation to the assigned area
-Project management and change management
-Cost management
