Description

My client based in the West Midlands is keen to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Lead to manage a team to deliver a number of high volume transactional activities. You should have excellent communication skills, able to influence and encourage teams and stakeholders in a proactive, firm, friendly and driven manner. Experience of managing off shore teams preferably in India would be a benefit as would experience of a previous supervisory or management role, advising and developing teams to be a centre of excellence. In addition if you have worked in a finance or purchasing shared service team that would be ideal.
