Title: Contract administrator
Location: Bothell, WA
Rate: $17.43 - $21.43/hr on w2 without benefits
Duration: 11 months with possible extension or hire

Description:

  • The Service Contract Support III position is responsible for the processing of Service Agreements. This individual supports the Sales team in achieving booking/revenue targets through the preparation and distribution of service agreement quotations; performance of service contract review and order administration functions; approval of quotations to orders; preparation of credit memos for contract cancellations/adjustments as required.
  • Promotes data integrity through consistent maintenance of ERP databases. Normally receives little instruction on daily work, with general instructions on newly introduced assignments. This person demonstrates consistent good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Has substantial understanding of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • The contract administrator interacts with senior internal and external personnel in developing plans to resolve contract issues. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day activities and general instructions on new assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, highly desirable or equivalent experience.
  • At least two to four years experience in order processing/administration, with at least two years experience in a customer service environment highly desirable.
  • Intermediate skills in using MS Windows and Office (eg, Word, Excel).
  • Working knowledge of SAP required.
  • Ability to type 50 words per minute accurately and skill in performing 10-key data entry by touch.
  • Good interpersonal skills required in interactions with PMS staff, and external customers.
  • General math skills and business skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required.
  • Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail.
  • Ability to use good judgment and make confident decisions under defined policies and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles desirable.
  • Knowledge of PMS products and industry standards required.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision on day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of integrity.
  • Work well within a team environment to accomplish departmental goals.
