Marketing Analytics - Bracknell - contract - to £40000
Exciting opportunity to work for an innovative international company as an Analytics Specialist. You will be providing stakeholders and senior management the data and analysis to inform, educate and promote good business decisions. This is a hands-on role but you need to be able to take a big picture view when necessary. Design standard processes to gather digital data consistently across businesses and countries from all available tools (Web Trends, Google Analytics), consistently measure the performance of integrated campaigns and optimise marketing investment. Proactively propose KPIs definitions, collect and provide key metrics and critical insights on web user experience and demand generation campaigns, enabling data-driven optimization of each digital lever (SEO, paid search, emailing, website conversion rate, etc.) Develop, create and produce KPI dashboards for the individual business and countries with analytics on a monthly basis, providing a holistic view on digital activity for a given business and/or a given country. (this includes data collection from a variety of sources). Apply data analysis and Datamodelling techniques to establish trends and forecasts. Perform ad-hoc analysis if necessary to answer business questions and drive decisions. Report the results of campaign performance to key stakeholders and suggest optimization
You will need deep digital marketing knowledge, Web analytics technical skills, good experience in using web analytics tools: Web Trends, Google Analytics. Experience with reporting, data visualization and Business Intelligence tools skills like Qlikview, MS Power BI, Excel, SQL
Strong project management and organisational skills and experience collaborating across multiple countries and functions an advantage
