I am looking for a Senior Project Manager for a project in Sweden.
Our client are looking for someone with the following skill-set:
. Capability plan (solution delivery focus and when the ROI will come into play)
. Activity plan
. Change management plan including coordination of maturity assessment, test plan (including pilots and test environments) change management (upskill, recruit) communication plan, roll-out plan, training plans, etc.
. Manage changes impacting the planning
. Work closely with Business Analysts related to dependencies between the solutions
. Hand over plans to global support organisations (Amplify, Convert and OSS)
. Identify necessary decisions for the successful planning and execution of the delivery
