Description
A Process manufacturing company is considering to replace their current Oracle environment with SAP ERP SoH and Dairy management solution. Customer is a consumer product industry and implementing a classic ERP solution. Classic ERP implementation to substitute Oracle (BBP, Realization, Cut Over, go live,...).
(A High level process mapping in order to define scopes was already done few months ago.)
Map the customer process with the customer Business Process owners to be able to extract the price of full enterprise S4HANA implementation materializing the relevant processes.
THIS IS A TEAM LEAD ROLE - Experience is the main characteristic of the candidate; if he/she has a lack in a specific topic we can always find a proper colleague to cover that. Effort days are to be fine-tuned with requester however this is a two year project/program.
Skills & Competences
An experienced Consultant that understands the overall Manufacturing process and can be a thought leader to the customer: (Dairy Industry expertise would be helpful):
- Manufacturing senior consultant to discuss with process owner
- 5+ years of strong and broad business experience in their principal Manufacturing functional area of expertise, 4+full life cycle implementation
- Experience with ASAP Methodology for Implementation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in manufacturing dairy product is preferred
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions
- Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions as a team lead or Project Manager
- Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
- Strong current hands-on configuration and design skills
