Your tasks:
- Development of key internal communications deliverables such as key messages, Q&As, leadership communications and ad-hoc media materials
- Day-to-day contact for selected internal stakeholders and agency, if required
- Management of the review and approval process for the different communications deliverables
- Project management, ensuring progression and tracking of tactical implementation
- In collaboration with the communications lead, develop and maintain the communication strategy to support the GDO business strategy
Your qualifications
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality functions working in a GxP regulated area (preferably including GCP and PV experience), with broad understanding of quality systems including training, document management and deviation systems
- Experience in QMS implementation an advantage
- Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability for results
- Strong organizational skills and experience working cross-functionally and in global and matrix teams
