Your tasks:
- Support of IT Program Manager in project management tasks
- Time & quality management of all deliveries by multiple independent program streams and delivery teams
- Financial controlling of the program
- Communication internally as well as externally with all type of stakeholders
Your qualifications
- Good project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks
- Experience working with global virtual teams
- Knowledge of MS Office products and tools for project scheduling
- Structured approach and task management, flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail oriented
- Service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in English business environment (business fluent in speaking and writing)
- Additional languages are an asset
- Team player mentality
