Salesforce Engineer
Mission
The Salesforce Engineer is in charge of the daily operational management of the SFDC applications together with the AMS team.
The Salesforce Engineer will also be responsible to put in place a controlled release management system based on Standard tools & the Salesforce best practices for executing release Management among the different Salesforce sandbox branches.
LIST of activities
Responsible for keeping the Salesforce applications up and running, as per the service level agreements
Manage support tickets (second and third line)
Supporting security standards
Responsible to ensure that the standards & governance principles of the Salesforce Applications are followed
Participate in the Change Management process
Ensure that support documentation is kept up to date
Propose improvements
Ensuring follow up of quality issues
Responsible for version management
Key deliverables

Provide support to larger projects and programs
Daily operational management of the IT Salesforce Operatonal Team
Salesforce System Overview
Scheduled Jobs overviews
