Description

A new WorkDay Change and Process Lead contract opportunity has just become available at one of London's leading Legal firms based in London. Our client is currently initiating a Global HR Transformation Programme, implementing new SaaS HR solutions across the business. The WorkDay Change and Process Lead will be given the opportunity to work on the end to end Programme life cycle which is expected to be delivered in 2018.

The Workday Change and Process Lead will be required to bring expert HR SaaS, for example but not limited to WorkDay, systems implementation experience in supporting the business in defining and delivering business readiness requirements.

You will lead the design and implementation of the change management strategy and approach (including approach, comms and training strategies) and will also be responsible for the impact assessment of the chosen SaaS solution workflow on the client current process landscape, identify potential changes and recommend a roadmap of AS-IS to TO-BE transition and opportunities and risks to process harmonisation during the chosen solution implementation

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the project work of the functional work stream and ensuring sustainability of the solution during operation
  • Provides expertise regarding HR and IT technology (SaaS), including experience with global HR applications, functional requirements, organisational design, integration and interfaces, data profiling and conversions
  • Ensures a proper preparation of functional requirements according to signed off design and scope
  • Drives and challenges process design according to the client design principles
  • Manages status, scope, issues and risks for the functional are
  • Ensures professional solution testing and completeness of Business Process documentation

Skill Set Required:

  • Proven experience working on large scale HR transformation programmes, specifically SaaS deliveries
  • Expert knowledge of solutions such as WorkDay or any other HR SaaS solutions and the implementation of these
  • Either a technical or business background
  • Working ability of designing roadmaps, Target Operating Models, process designs, gap analysis etc.
