SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - BRUSSELS
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for our client in Brussels with minimum 5 year's experience.
- Work directly with project managers and IT teams to provide knowledge management support and stakeholder expectation management.
- Manage content on organization's Intranet SharePoint site, responsible for day-to-day operation, maintaining site navigation and content.
- Review business process requirements and analyze best practices for information management, and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to modify sites and implement approved changes.
- Write and edit memorandums, white papers, information briefings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Research and compile technical data for use in manuals, training materials, and other technical documentation.
- Prepare final documents ensuring proper and classification and adhering to standards for quality, graphics, format, and style.
- Consolidate inputs from team members for routine reoccurring reporting.
- Develop metrics to track efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Assists primary web services account manager with account administration and content management.
- Participate in meetings as assigned, recording meeting minutes upon request.
Minimum 5 years experience
