Description

My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced SAS Dashboards Data Analyst on a initial contact basis.

The incumbent will be responsible for designing and creating Business data layer in a standardised automated way that be consumed for dashboard reporting using marketing operational analytics from multiple sources. The incumbent will perform data analysis, modelling, present recommendations to leadership and partners. The position is part of a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing partners across the team and will be underpinned by project managing the development and delivering the technical processes to create dashboards required.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying BU data requirements
  • Create a standardised data layer for on-going reporting partnering with business to ensure it can be effectively consumed
  • Ability to manage and integrate new data sources as platform migrations launch
  • Researching and evaluating current data sources and meaningful variables.
  • Ensure common definition across data variables selected
  • Be a core advisor to Project Leader (US Based) providing recommendations and watchouts
  • Be prepared to research new techniques to create reports
  • Stakeholder communication verbal and written.

Skills

  • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply both quantitative Advanced SAS programming skills including; data setup, procedures, macros
  • Tableau - SAS dataset updates
  • SQL - background
  • Procedure documentation and handover
  • Project Management
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners across business units
