Communications Specialist - 6 months - Coventry - Negotiable Salary
A large, blue chip Energy and Utilities client of Pontoon is looking for a Communications Specialist to join a large transformation piece based at the clients offices in Coventry.
Job Purpose: -
- Plan, create and deliver employee communications for a range of audiences within the business- including senior leaders, line managers, affected employee groups and the wider business.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure that employee communications are streamlined, engaging and effective.
Experience Required:-
- Proven experience within a complex Communications function
- Ability to work with a Communication strategy
- Change management experience
- Ability to create engaging content including text, video and picture
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage and partner throughout
- Engagement through digital channels
