Scrummaster for Credit Account Project (Danish speaking)
Description:
Our Client is in need of a Scrum master for a credit account project:
The Credit Account project needs a Scrummaster to help organize the development team and coordinate the work cross teams.
Responsibilities
Act as a Scrum master for 2-3 scrum teams across 2 Projects with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work
Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed
Ensure cross-team coordination
Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal
Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our product team. Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams
Liaise between the developers and User Experience/Visual Designers. Foster better communication between the disciplines
Take responsibility for managing dependencies between Sage and third parties and/or between project scrum teams
Actively contribute to the company's Agile and Lean Community. Keep the rest of the company network aware of our activities
Requirements:Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in Danish & English in written and spoken form
Knowledge of the software developmente life cycle
Cerified scrum master/scrum parctitioner
Experience of other Agile approaches like XP, Kanban etc
At least 3 years' experience working in an agile environment, preferably in a variety of situations
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resloution, continual improvement, empowerment, and incresing transparency
Knowledge of numorous well documented patterns and tehcniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum apporach (example:numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
JIRA/Confluence
Friendly communicative person, with excellent conflict reolution skills
Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in a iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source
Should be a good coach in Agile practices. Can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
Ability to insure the correct use of scrum process
