Job Description:

The Service Owner will be responsible for all aspects of delivering the assigned operational IT service(s). These services are across multiple entities in the Integration Services Organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The management of service operations,
  • IT support, execution of life cycle management according to plan,
  • IT Service continuity management,
  • IT Service performance in accordance with service level agreements
  • Management of supplier's operational delivery.

Key specifics:

  • Ownering all aspects of IT service delivery for the assigned service(s), eg operations of the services, IT support, execution of life cycle management according to plan and IT Service continuity management including IT Service performance in accordance with service level agreements, including responsibility for supplier operational delivery for the assigned service(s).
  • Establishing SLA for the assigned service(s).
  • Managing the financial forecasts for delivering the assigned service(s), Control cost and proactively driving improvements to improve efficiency.
  • Securing fit for purpose infrastructure architecture and design for the assigned service(s) in cooperation with Product Specialists, Solution Architects, Infrastructure architects and the Infrastructure Design team.
  • Ensuring that continual improvements of the assigned service(s) are driven within the same value chain.
  • Coordinating the execution of the life cycle management plan within infrastructure management,
  • Supporting the management of integration Service(s)

Knowledge:

  • Deep knowledge within the assigned service(s), its roadmap and life cycle management
  • Good knowledge of end to end solution management
  • Solid knowledge of Information Technology and IT service operations, specifically integrations
  • Solid knowledge of the current & target IT landscape in relation to the assigned area
  • Good knowledge of project management and change management
  • Good knowledge of cost management
  • Good knowledge of Retail organisations, strategies, processes and working methods.

Following competences must be fulfilled:

  • Technical background within IT
  • Used to working in a hands-on environment
  • Experience supporting Retail IT Services
