Project description
Move of the code and customizing for our client's special SAP solution for hedging into the standard Swedish ECC (SAP) solution. This will create a technical challenge managing the move of a very special built and complex setup into another solution. The people that have built this from the start are not part of this project, so knowledge and documentation might be missing of how things are working. The PM must be skilled in detecting this lacking of knowledge so that it can be addressed directly. The users that are going to do the testing are not experienced with this type of structured planning, so there is a need for being structured, experienced in test planning. It is necessary to be able to manage and motivate people and keep project scope control from all stakeholders. Another challenge is to keep the time plan of the moving of code and customizing so the tests can be done when planned. It is therefore necessary to be very skilled in project follow up and reporting. The project manager must be able to communicate issues and risks to the project sponsor on a distance.
Suiatable candidate must have, the following skills:
5 years of IS Project Management. Treasury setup in SAP and understand ABAP coding in SAP, PS module in SAP. Finance exp.Waterfall. Must be able to communicate issues and risks on a distance to the sponsor, Strong in communication with finance people that are not experienced in IS. Need to be very structured and able to manage a less structured team of testers. PM must have PMP or Prince II. Team and Middle Management exp. Speak English and Swedish as a must.
