Description

You will be a HRD professional with a good knowledge of Compensation and Benefits combined with the experience of working with organisaitons to guide them through the implementation of HRIS system.

Working with the business you will be expected to gather the in depth requirements of the department and produce detailed process maps. It is essential that you have very strong business change skills as you will guide the department thought the implementation process and manage the expectations of both the Systems Integrator and the Stakeholders within the business.

Knowledge of HRIS systems implementation is important as you will need to understand how technology can impact the roles of individuals and ensure that the user engagement is maximised though the identification of training needs and benefits realisation. Part of the role will involve acting as the bridge between the systems integrator and the organisation so it is essential that you are a fantastic communicator and a tenacious problem solver.

This is an interim position for 3 months.
