Description
A leading social media organisation is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in London on an 11 month contract.
The role will focus on providing clients and partners the right tools to help them effectively build and scale their own organisations and businesses. It will require an experience customer success professional with a proven track record in the enterprise software space and excellent business skills to launch their product with companies and clients, bringing back their feedback and priorities to the team to improve their product.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B customer support or account management. They will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to develop strong working relationships with all levels of management, inside and outside of the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer project team, support the product launch process and customer adoption and engagement
- Help Workplace customers achieve engagement with their Workplace Implementations via project management and consulting.
- Improve processes and come up with new ways to deliver engagement results in a scaled way for customers.
- Manage customer relationships and build credibility and excitement from prospects and existing clients alike.
- Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers and structure creative solutions
- Deep product expertise, visionary and creative, to work closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmap
- Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders
Skills:
- Experience in B2B customer support, sales, professional services or account management
- Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organisations and driving long-term engagement
- Passionate about Workplace with familiarity with the enterprise space. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside
- Demonstrates project management abilities to work with customers during the on-boarding processes.
- Positions oneself as a trusted & strategic partner dealing with C-levels and strong presentation skills.
- Fluent English and fluency in multiple languages a plus
- Bachelor preferred from a top university
