Description
My client, a leading Investment Manager, is seeking a Corporate Controls VP for a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running month end processes, ensuring deadlines are met across several business areas. You should have experience of working through and coordinating a team managing the full process of lease Accounting, balance sheet verifications with intercompany settlements & fixed assets.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 5 years' post qualification experience within a dynamic environment.
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate multiple functions to ensure deadlines are met.
- Have experience leading a team - day to day, 1-2-1s etc.
- Asset management background would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Have a good grasp of multi-currency transactions and US GAAP.
- Oracle experience or similar accounting software.
