Schedule Planner - MS Project

A Schedule Planner with MS Project is required to work on a twelve month contract (WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION) for our Defence client based in Lancashire.

This is an opportunity to work on the latest military aircraft program.

Overview of the Schedule Planner contract role

Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for military aircraft production to ensure that different teams' plans are integrated and aligned.

Responsibilities for the Schedule Planner contract role.

KRAs

Ensure timely and accurate collection of integrated schedule performance.

Ensure timely issue of reports and support to project reviews.

Provide an independent view through analysing performance information.

Act in-line with the Company ethos whilst displaying the appropriate behaviours.

Main Objectives for the Schedule Planner contract role.

1. Status schedules to reflect current performance.

2. Undertake schedule analysis.

3. Report schedule performance to key project stakeholders.

4. Support project reviews, such as customer Integrated Baseline Reviews.

5. Build schedules for upcoming contracts.

Key skills required for the Schedule Planner contract role.

Requires expertise in MS Project 2013.

The role is based in Lancashire - commutable from Preston, Blackpool, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn, Darwen, Burnley, Skipton, Stockport, Manchester, Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Oldham with excellent access from Liverpool, Lancaster and Leeds
