Service Delivery Manager required to join the service management team global consultancy based in London. The role of the Service Delivery Manager will be to deliver managed service by building client trust and relationships; leading on service design and evolution; ensuring you and your team delivers against the SLAs. Reducing the number of incidents, problems and unsuccessful changes across the portfolio, whilst also driving improvements.
Key Experience / Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Prince2, ITIL & Agile
- Strong experience of end-to-end service lifecycle
- Strong client relationship management experience
