Senior Salesforce AdministratorFunction:Part of the Salesforce administration team and responsible for the Salesforce implementation including Sales, Marketing, Service and Community Clouds, you will provide guidance and support on existing and new business initiatives on the Salesforce platform.
Reports to: IT Operations Manager
Role Overview: My client, a market leading organisation are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team.As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will help shape the existing and expanding Salesforce implementation, building out new solutions on the Salesforce platform and ensure the continual development of the existing Salesforce implementation.You will be encouraging the increase in Salesforce adoption through various channels and will champion new solutions.You will have a desire to learn and to grow within the business.You will be working alongside management and Salesforce.com implementation partners, be heavily involved in project work, and exposed to full scale project deployments.
Salesforce is embedded right across the business within Sales (including telephony), Customer Service, Marketing (ExactTarget/Marketing Cloud), HR (Employee Community) and Finance, so Salesforce is a key part of this fast-paced and dynamic company and you will gain broad exposure to most facets of the Salesforce cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Translating business requirements into deliverable solutions
Taking the lead on new projects involving Salesforce deployments, liaising with relevant teams and business stakeholders to define requirements and make recommendations.
Maximising the use of the business data through Salesforce to provide greater Business Intelligence, helping the team to provide comprehensive metrics through reporting and dashboards
Liaising with management to implement creative solutions to best support the wider initiatives
Maintaining a transparent communication Channel with the wider business and regular updates of future work
Producing comprehensive documentation of team processes and maintenance of these processes using box.com
Researching of new Salesforce features at each release and understanding business impact
Capable of understanding Business Analysis and Project Work
Desire to earn accreditations relevant for Salesforce
Supporting others in the Salesforce Admin team
Senior Salesforce Administrator
Essential Skill Requirements:
Multiple years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Comfortable championing Salesforce throughout the larger organisation
A strong character who can ensure the smooth running of the Salesforce instance and make sure the company as a whole is getting the most from Salesforce
Experience in internal stakeholder management
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience working with Salesforce Community Cloud
Exposure to Lightning Experience
Familiarity with NewVoiceMedia
Desired Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Admin, e.g. ADM201, ADM211
