Duties:
*Set-up of program office and definition of common structures together with Program Leader (e.g. program start form, scope management, program handbook, etc.). This includes program planning, program implementation, progress- & cost control.
- Creates and maintains integrated program-, resource- and budget plans
- Single point of control for project data, collected from functions (e.g. finance); owns version management and release of changes
- Defines and implements harmonized, measures and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) for the projects to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness
Your profile:
- Enables Program/Project Risk Management: -> Manages the Risk Management (RM) development and implementation process -> Manages and develops risk reports for the Program Review Steering -> Organizes and conducts program risk management meetings and supports if needed individual projects risk management meetings driven by the respective project managers
- Guides manages and tracks preparation for project milestone reviews Acts as the Project Scheduler for one or more projects: -> Manages execution of cross-functional plans and track progress of activities -> Highlights and tracks dependencies across projects -> Proactively identifies gaps, looks ahead to potential bottlenecks or delays and challenges assumptions
Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities:
- Moderation and presentation of meetings and workshops
- Setup and management of regulatory relevant milestones and checkpoints for projects
- Consulting of Dev PLs (Core Team Leader) in project management activities
- Coaching and consulting of project team members
Requirements -
Professional experience: about 5 years in medical project management / program management
Specialized experience - Project Management Skills & Personality: Proactive personality with good communication skills. Microsoft Office, especially Excel. MS Project & MS Visio Prior project management experience in Agile SW development environment would be a valuable asset. Self-motivated and very interested in project management. Interest in the diagnostics sector and products. Good team player.
Education/training in specialized area - PMP certification or similar project management certification is desired
Languages : English - Advanced ; understanding German would be a plus
