Overview: We are currently looking for a new, cutting-edge products. This is the first time I have been working on a project.

Responsibilities:
-Creation and maintenance of the product requirements.
-Ensuring the quality of the product requirements set.
-Facilitating requirements capture activities.
-Ensuring compliance to the requirements engineering process / good practice.
-Training others in the requirements engineering process / good practice.
-Assisting with DOORS Setup and Administration.
-Participating in process improvement activities.
-Assisting with the translation of the requirements into architecture specifications.
-Assisting with the production of technical documentation for product release.

Mandatory Skills / Qualifications:
-Experience of requirements capture and maintenance through the full project lifecycle.
-Understanding of quality system requirements and compliance.
-Facilitation / Moderation / Coaching skills.
-Ability to smoothly coordinate across all levels of engineering and management in a productive, efficient manner.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Fluent in English.
Team player.
-Structured and professional approach to engineering.

Desired Skills:
-Experience in development of medical products
-Experience of requirements management using DOORS, including DXL scripting.
-Experience of requirements management using Blueprint.
-Experience with the following development tools:
-CA AgileCentral (aka Rally)
-Atlassian JIRA
-Sparx Enterprise Architect
-HP QualityCenter / ALM
-Experience of Scrum / Agile / SAFe

Education:
-BSc or Degree in STEM subject (preferred Computing / Engineering).

Languages: Excellent spoken and written English
