Proteus Europe is searching for a fluent Dutch and French speaking Business and Process Analyst for a 3 Month+ contract role based in Brussels, Belgium.Our Client :-
Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success.
Your New role :-
1. Analysis / Project
Business and Process Analyst analyzes the impact of changes made to the operation of the departments or even external customers involved (AS IS) in order to identify all the links and interactions (causes, effects, ...) and to prepare for the identification of further changes
2. Solution / Project
Business and Process Analyst will look at the alternatives and, in cooperation with the concerned management (in particular, the Product Owner) the TO BE situation for all aspects except the IT solution to ensure that the organization is prepared for the changes to the project and that they achieve the expected results in the Business Case
- Documenting the TO BE processes
- The non-IT - requirements- document, formulated the - high level- requirements (in projects and initiatives with IT impact)
- Establishing full impact analysis
3. Implementation / realization of the change / project
Business and Process Analyst organizes the implementation of the change in cooperation with the project and applies the changes with the management involved to ensure the delivery of the deliverables and to ensure the efficient operation of the organization after the launch of the project.
- Preparation and monitoring of the implementation plan (in line with the expectations of the project)
- Preparation of information workshops for the teams (possibly with the support of the Change Management Team)
4. Diagnostics/ operational excellence
Business and Process Analyst analyzes the processes identified by the management and analyzes the root causes to improve performance and to determine the potential for improvement in terms of efficiency (improvement of KPIs)
- Interviews with managers / teams in charge of the processes
- Measurement of the current performance of the processes
5. Design / operational excellence
Business and Process Analyst proposes solutions for the problems identified during the diagnostics
- Analysis of data to determine the root causes
6. Implementation / Operational Excellence
Business and Process Analyst helps teams to implement solutions and determine the metrics allowing to measure solution efficiency
- Implementation of improvements
- Definition of KPIs
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
More than 5 years within sector/technology
- Dutch (C1 - Proficient User: advanced)
- French (C1 - Proficient User: advanced)
