Your New role :-
The project is part of the Data Management Programme. We are looking for a scrum master for this project plus. Apart from the usual tasks of a ScrumMaster in accordance with Scrum, it is also intended that the scrum master get to work as an information analyst and cooperate on the project. This is a project that is under pressure from external hard deadlines
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
HBO / university diploma
. Several years of knowledge / experience with requirement s management and information analysis
. Knowledge of / experience with design of data management processes
. Knowledge of / experience with data warehouse projects
. 3 years experience as a ScrumMaster
. Knowledge of the banking worlds preferably about regulatory reporting
. Experience working in a complex organization with multiple vnml external parties.
- Top scrummaster => must be proactive and able to operate a very busy stressful environment
- Coming from the Information Analysis angle.
- If it can over financial knowledge. Ideally COREP / FINREP
