Description

Support Specialist - Order Management / Administration / Procurement - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Support Specialist to join an International Team. The role will involve providing administrative support to the IT and Technology group and working closely with technology vendors and global offices.

Your experience / skills:
  • Excellent administrative skills - MS Excel and MS Office suite
  • Procurement / order process and know-how (purchase orders, invoices, billing etc.)
  • Finance and accounting skills - budget management
  • Strong customer and client facing experience
  • Vendor management - contracts, SLA's, statements of work etc.
  • IT understanding
  • English is a must


Main duties include:
  • Responsible for IT and Network orders
  • Procurement related tasks - creating Purchase Orders, handling quotes etc.
  • Tracking orders and deliveries
  • Involved in contract renewals and RFP's
  • Support in the budget and planning process
