Description
Project Manager - Data Migration / Agile - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced PM to join a global financial services company. The role will involve managing a major data migration across various business units.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ year's IT Project Management experience, preferably in the financial sector
- Previous data migration / software development management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Communicating project status with senior management
- Solid user knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, Excel and Word
Your tasks:
- Planning, tracking and steering for the overall project and definition of milestones in cooperation with the project management, work stream leads and the implementation partners
- Escalating project issues
- Preparing reporting sessions for project management and for steering committees
- Tracking of progress and adjustment of planning when necessary
- Independent use of supporting tools (Jira, SharePoint, Excel, Word etc.) for planning, documentation and reporting
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
