Description

Executive Assistant wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT-Service sector.

Your experience / skills:
  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience)
  • Solid experience supporting senior level employees is a must
  • Experience of communication at high level with Executives and Senior Officials
  • Profound knowledge in calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling / booking and budgeting of events
  • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people across job functions
  • Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Providing strategic support such as evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with manager's guidance
  • Interacting with high-level executives and performing flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Performing a wide range of administrative tasks (managing calendar, booking extensive international travels from A to Z, facilities and equipment, as well as process expenses for multiple managers)
  • Hands on post work - screen and distribute accordingly
