Quality Analyst - Online Shopping and E-Commerce with Chinese wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT service sector.Your experience /skills:
- Passion in Online Shopping and E-Commerce
- Solid working experience as a Quality Operations Analyst
- Very good knowledge of Google Spreadsheet and SQL
- Languages: fluent English & Chinese both written and spoken, any additional language is a plus
Your tasks:
- Reviewing offers manually and confirming third parties' results
- Recovering issues using the existing tools and / or reporting them to follow up with engineering teams
- Assessing shopping search results along with identifying issues and interests in order to Improve the quality of the e-commerce services
- Cooperating with cross functional teams to derive and upgrade quality and productivity of reporting strategies
- Establishing and allocating practices for data quality investigation and analysis
