Office Manager - Interim - Part Time - Sophia Antipolis

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 08:30 - 14:00 (Mon-Fri)

I am recruiting for a world leading technology company based in Sophia Antipolis. Working within the headquarters for France you will be part of a busy and dynamic team. You are required on a part time basis covering a member of staff on sabbatical leave.

The Office Manager will be responsible to ensure that the office and its associated services are run in an effective and professional way befitting a world leading organisation serving both staff and its visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Management of stationary and kitchen supplies

- Co-coordinating staff within an administrative team

- Ability to engage with staff members at all levels

- Fantastic computer skills
