Synergize Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a global financial client who are looking for a number of experienced Contact Centre Agent's to be based in Crawley, West Sussex.
This opportunity is currently offering a daily rate of £120 per day and will be an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
- Experienced in dealing with customers on the phone, previously in a call centre.
- Worked on at least one financial/insurance product, PPI is preferred.
- Experience in data gathering is mandatory (using multiple IT systems and compiling relevant information).
- Be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Assertive attitude.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- History of achieving targets.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Resilient and able to handle objections.
