Enterprise Partners is currently looking for experienced Senior Project Manager to join a large Global project in Belgium.
The client currently has a large-scale program and Enterprise Partners seeking Senior Project Manager with the following skills and experience:
Senior Project Manager Profile required:
- eMeds/iSTEP (integrated smart trial and engagement) IT Project Manager
- Complex new SaaS platform and Mobile App development experience
- Several System integrations into this SaaS platform
- Work with partners to Integrate Smart Medication Package technology into the solution.
- A complex partnership model including different vendors developing
- Pharma Industry Open platform deployment experience
- Patients and hospital sites will also be involved via Patient and Site advisory groups
- IT documentation experience for Patient Site advisory group
- Complex cross-departmental interactions and close alignment with similar commercial activities (smart medication package, mobile apps).
- A Mobile Devices (Smartphones for patients, tables for hospitals) and Support Help desk supplier will be selected and needs to be integrated at deployment.
Required skills:
- Extensive project management expertise
- Experience in handling complex, multi-facet projects
- Clinical trial & Clinical Supply expertise is an advantage
- IT technology background is a must (Mobile Apps, Databases, integrations, IT service & support models, etc.)
- Agile Development experience (Scrum/Product manager) is an advantage
- Able to visualize and communicate complex concepts in a simple way
- Experience in handling multi-disciplinary teams
- Accurate, delivers high quality work SDLC Agile & waterfall), including the used tools (PMs, Service.Now, Docspace, HP ALM, etc.) is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally for the project (India, US, Europe)
- Experience in working with Indian IT Partners is a strong asset.
Deliverables:
Project management of the SaaS platform project (Saas Platform, Mobile App and all required IT system integrations)
- Detailed project plan
- Driver for team meetings, minutes and actions
- Driver for platform development, internal system updates and vendor management
- Execute the Compliance Plan
- Plan & coordinate the Final UAT
- Maintain efficient communication with all stakeholders
- Build support model and bring the solution into operations

Duration: 12 -months (extension for excellent performers)
Rate: up to 90 EUR per hour
