Take over in service mode AM of a SAP BW solution
Responsibilities ON A SAP BW environment:
Work on functional changes (incl. projects), estimates, functional analysis. Delivering quality on-time
Participate support activities
o Incidents
o Questions
o Service Requests
o Problem Management (Root-cause analysis, bug fixing, )
o Training
o Analysis
IT-Skills Able to establish specifications
SAP BW IS A MUST
ITIL is a plus (Incident/change management)
Able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions
Soft-Skills Able to build and maintain the relationship with customer IT member at client side
Stress resistant, team oriented, flexible, self organized and communicative
Challenged by complex problems
Strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
Service-oriented attitude
Other specifics Fluent oral communication skills in Dutch and French
Fluent writing in mother tongue (Dutch or French) AND English
