Employer and Member Propositions Manager
Liverpool
3 month contract
Up to £500 per day
My market leading client based in Liverpool are currently looking to hire an experienced Employer and Member Propositions Manager on an interim basis to optimise the end to end employee and member journey through communications & propositions creation.
You will be required to deliver measurable insights based end to end campaigns to support segment specific objectives. You will oversee the delivery of multi-channel activity and campaigns for both employees and members, building and strengthening key relationships.
You will also be responsible for:
*Managing a small team providing coaching and support
*Shaping insights and turning the data into requirements and campaigns
*Overseeing the marcomms delivery
*Managing end to end process to deliver successful engagement
*Provide communication advice to key teams relating to projects and campaigns
*Reporting in effectiveness of campaigns and KPIs
*Budgeting and Forecasting
To be considered for the role, along with the above experience, the successful candidate must also have the following skills and competencies:
*Extensive experience of managing communications campaigns, particularly change and transformation, and measuring and analysis.
*Campaign management expertise with a focus in a digital
*Deep understanding of data management.
*Strong team management experience
*Strong understanding of customer journeys and experience using deep insights to create value propositions
*Stakeholder management
