Description
Requirements Engineer - Finance with profound Business Engineering knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- A Bachelor's, preferably Master's Degree with Business Analysis / Business Engineering emphasis
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in a Business Analyst / Business Engineer role in the financial industry with expert-level ability to think in models as well as excellent practical skills using UML
- Mastery of Portfolio Management (CFA / AZEK are considered advantages) and solid technical skills (SQL, reading and understanding Java code)
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering and architecture principles
- In depth banking know-how such as processes and financial products as well as extensive experience with the standard requirements elaboration and documentation techniques
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, additional German skills are considered a major advantage
Your tasks:
- Identifying and analyzing business requirements (data sources, interfaces, business logic and processes)
- Working directly with business stakeholders, project managers, developers and other business customers to define the business requirements, objectives and specifications
- Actively involved in finding solutions within the project in close collaboration with IT, business and other stakeholders / customers
- Documenting business requirements and specifications according to the standards of the organization
- Supporting the development team in application design, logic, architecture and testing
