Your Skills
- We are overall looking for senior profiles who can provide the expected level of technical expertise
- Very good knowledge on Salesforce, IBM & Adobe marketing suites, especially multichannel automated campaign managers (we are looking for someone not promoting especially one solution or the other but help us execute an objective analysis)
- Multi-solution architecture/skills on designing integration across systems
- Strong business understanding & strategic vision definition
- Very good technical skill to deep dive into the client's tech specificities & ambitions Understanding of Big data architecture
- Proven experience on designing complex ecosystems for a B2C company
Your Tasks
- (with another functional consultant)
- Audit current ecosystem & understand our client's specificities & customizations
- Analyze key integration opportunities across systems (analytics, E-commerce, DMP etc )
- Analyze possible scenario o Full vendor solution What vendors to be short listed?
o Hybrid scenario (vendor + client's custom solution) o Full custom solution?
o SAAS vs On Premise scenario?
- Provide state of the market to help assessing risks & opportunities for each vendor
- Provide final recommendation for a long term business & technical roadmap, including organizational recommendations
- So we expect to have a clear & actionable roadmap of: Business strategy Operational processes Solution identification, roll out/evolutions (no RFP for this analysis) Presentation made to business management of these recommendations
