As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for sourcing, headhunting and matching candidates to your clients' temporary or permanent vacancies. The successful Recruitment Consultant will need to learn, understand and integrate into their clients teams and departments to ensure that they are harmonizing both candidate and client requirements.This is an excellent opportunity working with award-winning agency in one of the most successful offices across the entire company. Fancy a coffee? This is not your typical '9-5' office role, you will be actively out meeting your customers, using the expert training you will be provided with, to generate lasting customer relationships. Some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Using networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.
- Developing a good understanding of clients and in order to build stronger relationships.
- Attracting candidates via adverts, job boards, social media/networks, attending events, headhunting and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates; match them to vacancies.
- Advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and on career opportunities.
- Meeting Clients and Candidates regularly, providing them with an excellent experience
