Description
JCW have been engaged by an FS organisation based in East London to recruit for a Compliance Advisory and Financial Crime Manager.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Financial Crime.
- To provide compliance and financial crime services to the organisation.
- Ensure that the firm is fully compliant with FCA regulations (reviewing regulatory publications, compliance bulletins, monitor regulatory change activity).
- Provide monthly MI to the organisation and it's clients.
- Approval of company literature, training, procedures etc...
- Oversight of Financial Crime.
- Stakeholder management.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree educated.
- Professional Compliance Qualifications.
- Compliance and Financial Crime experience.
- Good understanding of FCA roles on complaints, conduct of business, approved persons, training and competence.
- Financial Crime regulations.
- Life and pensions knowledge (desirable).
- Management experience.
