Service Introduction Lead - up to £350 a day based in Luton - 6 month initial contract
My client continues to grow legendary brands and is currently recruiting for a Service Introduction Lead, who would report directly into the IS Service Manager therefore you will be highly regarded within your team. Your role will consist of being able to design a service plan, then start a service transition within this high end, Blue Chip Company.
The best matched Service Introduction Lead will ideally have the following skill set:
- Previous experience managing service delivery within a prestigious organisation.
- Knowledge and certification of ITIL V3 (Service management or Service transition would be desirable)
- Clear Service Design and/or Service Transition experience
- Fantastic stakeholder communication skills.
- Customer focus and able to show determination for full customer satisfaction.
