Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP for a SAP SRM role based in The ivory Coast, Africa. The main objective of the assignment is to rectify the identified issues during the pilot phase.
In order to achieve this, the SRM configuration consultant will be required to carry out part or all the following tasks:
Back End Integration

Check and Configure the Communication Between SRM and ERP (ECC 6)

Maintain the Product Categories
-
Check and Configure the Account Settings
-
Schedule any Background Jobs required for SRM to seamlessly interact with ERP
Organizational Structure and User Management
-
Check and Replicate the HR Org from ERP to SRM
-
Maintain Users and Attributes in Organization Plan in line with the current DAM (Delegation Authority Matrix)
-
Maintain Purchasing Organizations and Groups
Workflow
-
Configure the Process-Controlled Workflow for Self-Service Procurement as per the current DAM (Delegation Authority Matrix)
-
Configure the Process-Controlled Workflow for Operational and Strategic Sourcing as per the current DAM (Delegation Authority Matrix)
-
Configure the Process-Controlled Workflow for Contracts as per the current DAM (Delegation Authority Matrix)

Configure the Process-Controlled Workflow for RFx as per the current DAM (Delegation Authority Matrix)

Check and Replicate Vendors from ERP

Check and Create Contact Persons for Vendors

Check and Replicate Material from ERP

Successful integration of the MDM Catalog with SRM
Scope:
The consultant will undertake the following duties:
-
Configure the SRM Back End and SAP PORTAL to ensure a successful User Acceptance Test of the SRM
-
Integrate SRM and the Procurement Catalog
-
Supervise the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and provide any required assistance to end-users during the testing.

Provide the required documentation.
-
Transport the settings in customizing from the Development platform to the Quality Assurance platform in the SAP landscape.
- Follow up with the users and other key staff in carrying out the quality assurance tests and effect requested amendments and corrections.
Required Skills:
-
The consultants should have at least 5 years' experience, ideally implementing SAP SRM and MDM Catalog.

At least 05 Years' experience in SRM Process-Controlled Workflow Design, Development and/or Configuration.

At least 05 years' experience in SRM Backend Configuration
-
At least 05 years' experience in SAP Portal integration with SRM Back End.

At least 05 years' experience in integrating MDM Catalog and SRM.

The consultant should have a very strong knowledge of SRM Process-Controlled Workflow Development and Configuration.

Multidisciplinary consultant to cover different topics such as SRM, SAP HCM, SAP FI, SAP MM, and/or MDM Catalog.

Full end to end understanding of SAP implementations, development, quality and production environments in SAP related competencies such as SAP BADIs, Webdynpro, Workflow, SAP NetWeaver, ECC 6.0 and MDM.
- SRM Certification and good SAP Workflow technology are a plus
